    At Abbycurl, we take pride in delivering high-quality hair wigs to our valued customers. However, we understand that there may be instances where you might have some concerns or need to return or exchange a product. Therefore, we have designed our refund policy to ensure a hassle-free and satisfactory experience for you. Please read the following policy carefully.

    1.Eligibility for Refunds:

     - You are eligible for a refund if there is a manufacturing defect in the wig.

     - You may also request a refund if the product you received does not match the specifications you provided during the order placement.

    - Refunds for any other reasons, such as change of mind, may be considered on a case-by-case basis.


    1. Refund Process:

     - To initiate a refund, you must notify us within 24 hours from the date of delivery by contacting our customer support team. Provide your order details and describe the reason for the refund request.

     - After our team reviews your refund request, we may require additional evidence or images to assess the situation accurately.

     - Once approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and detailed instructions on how to return the product.

     - The product must be returned within 48 hours from the date of receiving the return authorization number. Return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

    - The product must be returned in its original condition, including the packaging and all accessories. Any damage caused during the return shipping due to improper packaging may result in a reduction in the refund amount or a rejection of the refund request.

     - Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process the refund in the original form of payment within 3 to 5 business days. Please note that the original shipping charges (if any) will not be refundable.


    1. Exchanges:

     - If you wish to exchange the product for a different color, length, or style, please notify our customer support team within 24 hours from the date of delivery. We will guide you through the exchange process.

    - Exchanged products must be in their original condition, including the packaging and all accessories.

     - All costs associated with the exchange, including shipping charges, will be the customer's responsibility unless the exchange is due to a mistake on our part.


    1. Non-Refundable Products:

     - For hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any hair wigs that have been altered, used, or have had the tags removed.

    - Custom-made wigs or wigs that have been specially ordered according to your specifications are also non-refundable unless they have a manufacturing defect.
